Contact

Let’s build something solid.

Call or text Craig, send an email, or fill in the form. We work in and around Markdale and all of Grey County, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

The quickest way to get a price is a phone call. Tell Craig what you want to build, roughly how big and where the property is, and he will set up a site visit. On the visit we walk the lot with you, look at access for trucks and equipment, check grade and drainage and talk through what will and will not work. You get a clear, itemised quote after that, with no obligation. Evening or weekend site visits can usually be arranged if you work during the week.

We build in Markdale, Flesherton, Durham, Owen Sound, Meaford, Thornbury, Chatsworth, Dundalk and the rest of Grey County. If you are just outside that area, ask. For a custom home, garage, shop or farm building, the earlier you call the better, since our schedule fills up well ahead of the building season. If you have drawings, photos or a rough sketch, have them handy when you call.
